Charmaine Fiorentini
CEO & Founder
Our founder of Humble Hearts, brings 23 years , a wealth of experience and great credibility as an exceptional CNA to the field. Her values and work ethics undeniably has surpassed her clients and families’ expectations which had formed meaningful long lasting relationships. Charmaine’s interesting journey into health care started as a restauranter, personal chef, and personal assistant in Beverly Hills California.
With a family background in nursing, and passionate in the field of health care she pursued higher education that helped shape her career being competent and successful. She received her CNA certification along with certifications as a Physical Therapy Assistant ,Practical Therapy ,Sports Massage and Cosmetology. As well as In depth studies at Santa Monica College in human Anatomy, biology, sociology and sciences. sharpening her CNA skills .
She is driven and motivated by love, and a heart of compassion for people and what she does; whether it’s with clients or assisting with training her CNAs to peak performance or as a diligent team player. Her number one priority as a home health care provider is to differ from the competition ,focus on change, and help raise the standards. Charmaine values has helped shaped Humble Hearts amicable standards. Hiring only the best!

Brittany Lewis
Agency Manager
Our Agency Manager comes from with a diverse background in both property management and customer success management. With over 7 years of experience, she has successfully transitioned her skills from one industry to another, demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and a passion for improving the lives of others.
She began her career in property management after obtaining her Limited License where she quickly rose through the ranks, managing multiple properties and complex leasing operations, while overseeing the expenditure of operation and reserve funds of multi-million dollar corporations . Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders helped her consistently exceed past performance targets.
Driven by a desire to make a difference in people's lives, Brittany made a career shift into healthcare administration, specifically within the home health sector. Watching her mother a CNA , while growing up , instilled a level of care and compassion for elderly people and spend most of her youth volunteering in Assisted Living facilities and Retirement Homes. Whether it was a stand in activity director or providing entertainment , in playing piano or dancing, Brittany has always found delight in helping the elders of the community.
Her unique blend of experience sets her apart as a dynamic leader capable of driving positive change in the Home Health sector. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, families, and caregivers, and her unwavering commitment to excellence serves as an inspiration to those around her.
We would like to introduce our Project Manager here at Humble Hearts Caregivers, Mahmudul Hasan. Mahmudul completed his master’s degree, majoring in Management and acquired an MBA from University of Wales, United Kingdom.
He has more than 15 years of management as well as customer service experience. He briefly worked for the Florida department of children and families processing various benefits applications. Mahmudul has vast experience in stating a home care, Home Health and Hospice licensing process in all fifty states. In his previous role as the Lead License Account Manager, he guided hundreds of agencies to meet all the state requirements, successfully complete site visits and get their initial state license or maintain and become Medicare certified.
Mahmudul is experienced, well organized, and his great management skills will assist our agency to serve the Elderly in the community better. His skills and knowledge of working in various Web & Windows Based Applications, Financials Applications, CRM System as well as adobe acrobat and outlook will assist us to reach new horizons.
In addition, he played a crucial role in developing the system for the companies he worked with in the past and was responsible for product development, service integration and training new employees as well as creating standard operating procedures (SOP) to simplify the overall workflow.
Mahmudul Hasan is committed to making a positive impact on our organization as well as our clients. We are looking forward to working very closely with him and looking forward to all the great milestones Humble Hearts Caregivers will accomplish as a part of the team.

Camilla Davis, our director of nursing, is a proud Florida native and a seasoned nurse with nearly two decades of experience, has dedicated her career to providing exemplary home health care. With a background initially rooted in emergency room settings, she transitioned to home health care over 15 years ago, finding deep fulfillment in aiding patients’ recovery within the comfort of their homes.
Her journey in nursing is complemented by a profound commitment to education. Holding a bachelor’s degree in nursing, she is currently furthering her expertise by pursuing a Master's degree, underscoring her belief in continual learning and professional development—even as a grandmother of five beautiful grandchildren.
As a mother of six grown children and an avid traveler who cherishes experiencing the change of seasons, she brings a unique perspective to her work. She considers it a privilege to extend care beyond the hospital, ensuring patients receive the comprehensive support they need during recovery. This dedication not only enhances patient care but also enriches the lives of their families.
